Breaking News - Shahbaz Sharif Reinstated in Punjab as Chief Minister

Islamabad - As per breaking news, Panel of Judges of Pakistan Supreme Court reinstated Shahbaz sharif at the position of 24th February,09. According to other breaking news, a five members panel of Judges issued an interim order temporarily suspending the court's Feb. 25 that banned shahbaz from holding public office, stated by his lawyer Zafar Ali Shah to the reporters out side the court building today. The ruling allows him to resume as chief minister of Punjab.“We are grateful to the government for not opposing Shahbaz’s appeal in the court,” Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, the chairman of Nawaz Sharif’s Pakistan Muslim League party, told reporters. Zardari yesterday ended more than a month of Governor rule in Punjab that he imposed after the court barred the Sharif brothers from public office. The two actions triggered violent protests in the eastern city of Lahore, forcing the government to meet their demand to reinstate Pakistan’s chief justice 16 months after he was ousted under military rule, news latest breaking stories.




However, as per latest news, the court didn’t issue an order lifting the ban on Nawaz Sharif, a two-time prime minister. The judges will continue to hear an application by the government seeking a permanent lifting of the ban on the Sharifs.

“Shahbaz Sharif is directed to resume his office of Chief Minister with immediate effect,” the court order said. Shahbaz told esolgsmnews in an interview that he will resume his duties immediately.
As per latest news, after the reinstatement of sharif's by court, People and workers of PML (N) came out on the roads and started celebrating the triumph of Justice.
