Latest Headlines : Police-seizes-400-kg-explosives-in-Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad police has seized 400 kilograms of explosives along with detonators and arrested 10 persons from a house in Karal area.

Interrogation from the arrested is underway, said SP East Islamabad Saqib Sultan while addressing press conference.

He termed the recovery of such a large quantity of explosives as a sign of alarm, saying these explosives were to be used in a major act of terror.

Saqib Sultan said investigation is being conducted as to how such a big quantity of explosives was transported into the city.

MECCA: Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Azam Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Abdullah delivering Khutba-e-Hajj on Sunday said Islam is against atrocious forces but does not in any case allow acts of terrorism in any of its form and manifestation.

The capitalistic system has engulfed the entire world in a severe economic and financial crisis.

He said the evil forces are at work in diverting the Muslim youth to a wrong path and all the resources are being used to unveil Muslim women.

Mufti Azam Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Abdullah said faith is the most precious thing for a Muslim in the entire universe because his success in this world and the world hereafter depends on it.

Muslims’ distancing from their religion and the teachings of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is primarily responsible for their downfall.

The religion of Islam strictly prohibits Muslims from causing pain to all even if he is a non-muslim.

The punishments under Shariah are meant to stop violence from spreading into a society.
